The Lil Joey is a newborn diaper designed to fit from approximately 4-12lbs featuring the patented double inner gusset leak protection design, exclusive to Kanga Care brand diapers. The inside of each diaper is designed with two gentle inner gussets, a double barrier that protects against accidents. The Lil Joey also features a snap down front for sensitive cord care during those first precious days. The simplest of cloth diaper systems on the market, the Lil Joey is an All in One diaper with the core consisting of four absorbent layers of microfiber while a soft and gentle microchamois inner keeps babies new skin fresh and clean. The Lil Joey exterior is a waterproof polyester TPU that comes in a variety of fun colors and fashionable prints. WASH & CARE: 1. Cold rinse, no detergent. 2. Great Little Diapers I loved these for my son. When he was born he was near 8 pounds, and these fit better than any OS diapers I have. His belly bulged out bigger than his waist, so often bigger diapers would either be too tight in the waist or too loose in the legs. The low rise on these let me get a snug, below the belly fit that was also snug around his legs. He is 4 months old, 14 pounds now and they are at the end of fitting. They still go on, but are just barely long enough in the rise to still fit him…

Great fit! I love my lil Joey all in ones. I started using them with my son as soon as we came home from the hospital. My son was 8 pounds, 5 ounces at birth and they fit right away.
